- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-03-27, by Susan SargentWell my friend and l was not very happy as it was cold .We was not the only people that noticed it l feel sorry for the staff.We went and had a coffee and it was certainly warmer .But l think the dedicated staff down stairs deserve heat too.If heating is sorted it will be 5 stars again.
